  • What are your hours of operation?

    We’re open Tuesday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Please note that final orders should be placed by 1:15 PM.

    We also close early at 12 PM on certain holidays; please check our Upcoming Events page for specific dates.

  • Do you offer breakfast all day?

    Yes, we serve breakfast all day long, so you can enjoy your favorite breakfast dishes whenever you like! However, please note that lunch is only available from 11 AM onwards, Tuesday through Friday.

  • Do you take reservations?

    We currently operate on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you’re coming with a larger party, we appreciate a call ahead. While we can’t guarantee immediate seating, we’ll do our best to accommodate you as promptly as possible.

  • Are you able to accommodate allergies/do you have any gluten- free options?

    Yes, we strive to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. We offer gluten-free toast prepared in a dedicated gluten-free toaster. However, we do not have gluten-free pancakes or waffles at this time. Please let your server know about any allergies and their severity when placing your order. Please be aware that we can’t guarantee there won’t be cross-contamination.

  • Can I order takeout or delivery?

    We offer takeout services—please call us to place your order. We’re working on adding online ordering through our website in the future. Be sure to follow us on social media @jjsplace_westford for updates! Please note that while we will be adding online ordering, we will not be offering delivery services.

  • Do you have gift cards?

    Yes, we offer gift cards! They make a great gift for any occasion. Ask a server during your visit to purchase one.
